Our production lines have been operating under the roboconcept system for several years. This innovative system allows us to optimise the classification and grouping of products, adjusting with great precision the final weight of the package. In this way we achieve a more precise control of the quantity of product supplied, as well as improving timings and efficiency.

The Food Safety of fruit and vegetable products is one of the main premises of La Unión, so we have three laboratories with
state-of-the-art equipment that assures us the highest standards of quality and food safety of our products. Every year we carry out more than 45,000 tests aimed at safeguarding the health of all our consumers.
